Women’s Retreat

March 4, 2017

$50 per person

We long to grow deeper in our relationship with God yet tend to turn to God only when things are going tough instead of seeking to be with God in our daily lives. Our Wesleyan tradition claims this rule of life that we are called to live as Christians,
“To witness to Jesus Christ in the world and to follow His teachings through acts of compassion, justice, worship, and devotion under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.” (The General Rule of Discipleship, the Book of Discipline)

Pastor Mi-Sook and Pastor Carol Hill will lead us in learning about the Works of Piety and the Works of Mercy through which we can grow in knowing and loving God and our neighbors as sisters in Christ. Come join us this time of worship, study, service, and fellowship with wonderful women of faith. Sign up at the table in the lobby or contact Elaine Anderson (rneaa@comcast.net) or Kathy Black (kathy.black77@gmail.com).
