It is harder than ever to navigate life as an adolescent. Our youth often experience tremendous pressure to fit in, to succeed, and sometimes to resist joining in actions and behaviors they will later regret. Having adults who care about them and who are willing to provide a listening ear and compassionate presence is essential to an effective Youth Ministry Team.
